Post dishes your now cooking and how they paired well with wine...I'll start...
Mediterranean chicken and vegetable pasta - pan roasted/sauted veggies (multi-colored bell peppers, blk olives, red onion, heirloom tomatoes) in a saute of olive oil, butter, roasted garlic, wht. wine with herbs & spices. Add roasted chicken to saute, simmer and served over spiral pasta. Went very well with a 2005 Chateau St. Jean Chardonnay.

continental prawn dishes and raw oyster will definately give you finger licking taste with vintage wines. Thai rosted lamb will also make your dinner well with chardonnay. just dont forget to add some spices....!!!!
