required by law, LocalWino.com (LW) can ship wine to the following states: AZ,
CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, ID, IL, IA, MO, MN, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TX,
WI and WY.
Zip Code Restrictions:
In accordance with regulations for CT, FL, NC and the following zip codes listed
below we can not currently deliver wine: CT: 06897

Shipping Included Offer “Shipping Included” offers
cannot be combined with other discount offers and only apply to standard ground shipping rates and not available in all states. If you decide to upgrade your shipment to express shipping of any kind, you will
be charged the difference of that upgrade from standard to the level of upgrade
delivery.
Delivery Times and Requirements
Most carriers will make up to 3 delivery attempts. Once the order
has been placed, please make arrangements for some over the the age of 21 to expect
and accept the delivery within a few days after the order. All wine/alcohol orders
require a signature of an adult age 21 or older at the address of delivery.
Standard Shipping Times: CA and most
western states – 2-3 business days.
Other qualified states –
3-6 business days Note: 2-day or Express Delivery may not be available
in all states. Please call us for verification and quotes.
Required
Legal Notice Any wine sold to you from LW is sold in California
and title passes to you, the buyer. Orders are shipped or authorized by LW,
a licensed California retailer. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of
wine. We make no representation concerning your legal rights to ship or receive
wine into any state outside of California or into any country outside of the United
States. In fact, there are certain states and countries that we cannot ship to.
By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common
carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination.
You must be
21 years or older to buy wine. By placing your order with LW you certify
under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old.
When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification
proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. The willful misrepresentation
of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states, and if you
willfully misrepresent your age or the age of the recipient, LW will cooperate
with authorities to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.
Order Processing We ship most in-stock merchandise
within one to two business days of receiving your order! Orders that are not able to ship in this time period will not be charged until shipment is made. Our standard shipping
charges are for ground shipping and cover most items. You will be notified of any extended delays.
Standard
and Express Shipping Standard shipping and handling charges are
based on the type of order and number of bottles ordered for each delivery address.
Standard delivery service takes 5 - 10 business days. Delivery hours are
Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Two-Day Express Delivery is available
for in stock items for additional fees and vary by state. Items with stated longer delivery times
cannot be expedited.
