LW will include offers and/or promotions from our partner affiliates only when contacting directly via e-mail with your registration. Your information will remain private and will not be shared directly with these affiliates without your consent.

This information is used only by LW to deliver your requests and to contact you again about other services and products we offer in the future. When placing orders, your information will remain the property of LW. As of September 1, 2009, the information that you give us and information about your order may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) available from our records and other sources. This information will be used to make our future marketing efforts more efficient. This information may also be shared with other marketers to bring you offers of interest. E-mail addresses

We collect the e-mail addresses from various wine partners and of those who communicate or contact us directly via e-mail. The e-mail addresses are used to contact existing customers about special offers and promotions from our affiliates. Consumer provided e-mails are also kept for the purpose of providing consumer advice, assistance and direct LW special offers. We will only share consumer e-mail addresses you provide to us with other marketers if you go through an additional opt-in process communicated directly from LW.

Cookies

All visitors – we place cookies on all Web site visitor hard drives to collect aggregate information on the number of visitors to our site and the number of pages viewed.

Registered visitors – we place unique identifier cookies on the hard drives of those who sign on which are used to maintain the visitor "sign on" status for the duration of the visit, for one-time customizing/tailoring of your visit and for long-term storage of user preferences. We also use cookies to track the pages visited by a visitor so that we can deliver LW Web content based on the visitor's profile (as provided by the visitor) and the visitor's past activity on the LW Web site.

General information – cookie information is used only by LW and approved partners and is not provided to any other organization. There are no commerce transactions directly processing on the AWD site. Therefore, no security or encrypting measures are in place since as no data sensitive materials being placed or transferred over the internet through the LW site.
