Exclusive Access

Access Wine Direct has been a vision of the owner from over 20 years visiting wine country and being a member of various wine clubs. Much of it came about as a byproduct of visiting numerous wineries here in Napa and Sonoma as a ' trade' business individual getting those extra benefits and access to wines that most people would not normally have known about. That elusive pour of a wine that a winery deems "wine club only" or "estate only" wines which are generally only available to club members. Perhaps you have observed that " special bottle" being pulled out from behind the counter? Almost every winery produces exclusive smaller lots of wines that are just too little volume to widely distribute and they allocate these to only sell direct. These are their best value wines as they do not have the same mark-up needed to hit the regular distribution channels. Not only do we expose these wines for you, we give you the opportunity to access them collectively in one place.

Our Mission

Our mission in simple terms is summed up in our tag line - Exclusive Access, Extraordinary Wines - giving you this special access to ' inside-track' local wines that are the best value for premium production wines. Beyond this, our mission will be to continually discover and expose not only these special wines for your access, but highlight the stories and winemakers behind the wines. You, the consumer, generally do not have the means to keep up with all the new wines and winemakers that are producing these smaller, often non-distributed premium wines. We like to consider ourselves as your personal concierge and resource guide to "wine country" in this manner. Our goal is to also present you with a comprehensive approach to learning about new wines (and wine in general) so you can make informed decisions when purchasing or trying these new discoveries.

In the end, our hope is to earn your trust along the way by always presenting you with wines that we know you'll love and want to share with your friends and family.
